• Compensation: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month
• Job Summary: Responsible for direct daily supervision of site installation work, managing field fitters and labor, ensuring safety compliance, and executing projects strictly to engineering designs.

• Direct and oversee day-to-day installation activities for glass façades, curtain walls, railings, and structural assemblies across assigned site zones.
• Interpret shop drawings, perform site survey verification, establish benchmarks, and verify concrete/steel opening dimensions prior to installation.
• Manage, assign daily targets, and monitor the performance of ITI fitters, subcontractor teams, and general labor workforce.
• Conduct continuous quality assurance checks on structural anchoring, alignment, torque specs, sealant application, and water tightness.
• Record accurate site measurements, log daily work completed, draft Joint Measurement Records (JMR), and assist the commercial team with billing inputs.
• Enforce strict site safety compliance (EHS guidelines), including personal protective equipment (PPE), harness usage, and scaffold safety certifications.

• Education: Diploma or B.Tech / B.E. in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience: 3 to 5 years of core site execution experience within structural glass, building façades, architectural metals, or civil structures.
• Technical Skills: Blueprint reading, total station/laser survey tools usage, site workforce management, quality audit execution.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
