Role Overview

BK Nexus Enterprises is hiring a Senior Sales Engineer for MEP and electrical equipment sales.

The role focuses on generating trading business and serving customers across the Pune market.

The listed functional area is electrical products and the industry is electrical trading or products.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new trading business leads across Pune.
  • Visit clients, contractors, dealers, builders, and industrial customers.
  • Promote cables, wires, switches, sockets, MCBs, MCCBs, distribution boards, and panel boards.
  • Promote cable trays, conduits, accessories, earthing materials, and transformers.
  • Build customer relationships and maintain regular follow-ups.
  • Identify opportunities and achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and coordinate order execution.
  • Collect market feedback and monitor competitors.
  • Coordinate delivery and customer support with internal teams.

Candidate Profile

  • Two to five years of field sales experience in electrical trading or products.
  • Good knowledge of electrical materials and the Pune market.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to travel across Pune for client meetings.
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma with relevant field experience.
  • Diploma qualification is preferred but postgraduate qualification is not mandatory.
  • A target-oriented and self-motivated approach is preferred.
