- Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and consultants
- Monitor project progress, conduct site inspections, resolve technical issues
- Prepare material quotations and ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
- Review construction plans, manage manpower requirements, prepare site reports
- Support project planning and execution to achieve project objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in site engineering, construction, or fit out projects
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, building codes, and technical drawings
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office (knowledge of project management software is an advantage)
- Experience coordinating with clients, contractors, suppliers, and consultants
- Strong problem solving, communication, and project coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects, monitor site progress, and meet project deadlines
- Detail oriented with ability to prepare reports, review drawings, and ensure quality workmanship

Role Description
- The Site Engineer will oversee on site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, budget, and schedule.
- The role involves coordinating with clients, contractors, suppliers, and consultants, monitoring project progress, conducting site inspections, resolving technical issues, preparing material quotations, and ensuring compliance with building codes and safety regulations.

Qualifications
