Role Description

  • This is a full time, Sales Executive role based in Dubai.
  • The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing potential clients, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and promoting Algedra’s services.
  • Key tasks include managing the sales cycle, providing customized solutions for clients, achieving sales targets, and representing the company at industry events.
  • The role also involves negotiating contracts, staying updated on market trends in the interior design industry, and working collaboratively with the design team to meet client requirements.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales and business development, with a focus on B2B and/or interior design related industries.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse clients and internal teams.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with the ability to close deals and meet sales targets.
  • Knowledge of design concepts, styles, and the interior design industry is a strong asset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced, target driven environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of Arabic or additional languages is a plus.
  • Previous experience working in Dubai or familiarity with the local market is advantageous.
