Qualifications
- Preparation of a 'Bill of Quantities' for Industrial, Commercial, Fit out and Residential projects
- Providing technical support to Sales team to ensure details are properly conveyed to client and if required attend client meetings
- Obtaining the best pricing from each Supplier/subcontractor, breaking out material, labor and equipment as necessary
- Assisting in costs analysis project work
- Assisting in identifying, analyzing and developing responses to commercial risks
- Assisting in preparation of progress/cost reports
