About the Role
Algedra, a leading interior design company in the Middle East, is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to prepare Bills of Quantities, provide technical support to the sales team, obtain pricing from suppliers, and assist with cost analysis and commercial risk assessment for residential and commercial fit-out projects.

Responsibilities
- Preparation of a 'Bill of Quantities' for Industrial, Commercial, Fit out and Residential projects listing individual components required to construct the project
- Providing technical support to Sales team to ensure details are properly conveyed to client and attend client meetings if required
- Obtaining the best pricing from each Supplier/subcontractor, breaking out material, labor and equipment as necessary
- Assisting in costs analysis project work
- Assisting in identifying, analyzing and developing responses to commercial risks
- Assisting in preparation of progress/cost reports
Requirements
- Experience in preparation of Bills of Quantities for Industrial, Commercial, Fit out and Residential projects
- Ability to provide technical support to Sales team and attend client meetings if required
- Ability to obtain best pricing from suppliers/subcontractors, breaking out material, labor and equipment
- Experience in cost analysis project work
