Requirements
- Strong on site supervision skills with experience managing daily site operations and coordinating multiple stakeholders
- Background in civil engineering with practical experience collaborating with Civil Engineers on construction projects
- Knowledge of structural engineering principles and ability to work effectively with Structural Engineering teams
- Proficient communication skills for liaising with architects, contractors, clients, and consultants
- Proven experience in quality control, including site inspections, compliance with specifications, and adherence to safety standards
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline
- Experience in architectural or interior construction projects, preferably within high end or bespoke environments
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings
- Familiarity with construction codes and regulations applicable in Dubai and the wider UAE
- Strong organizational and problem solving skills

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Site Engineer role based in Dubai.
- The Site Engineer will oversee daily site activities, coordinate with civil and structural engineers, and ensure that construction work aligns with approved architectural and engineering drawings.

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline; professional certification or license is an advantage.
- Experience in architectural or interior construction projects, preferably within high end or bespoke environments.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings, and use relevant site documentation tools.
- Familiarity with construction codes and regulations applicable in Dubai and the wider UAE.
- Strong organizational and problem solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
