- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Experience with architectural or interior design firms or high end projects is an advantage
- Strong analytical, numerical, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work on site and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Proficiency with quantity surveying software and MS Office (especially Excel)

Role Description

- Experience working with architectural or interior design firms or on high end residential and commercial projects is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work on site, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and communicate clearly.
- Proficiency with quantity surveying and cost management software, as well as MS Office (especially Excel).
