Responsibilities
- Manage end to end purchasing activities, including preparing and processing purchase orders, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery of materials and services.
- Evaluate and maintain a reliable supplier base, negotiate contracts and pricing, and monitor supplier performance to meet project quality and budget requirements.
- Collaborate closely with design, project management, and finance teams to forecast material needs, optimize inventory levels, and align procurement schedules with project timelines.
- Maintain accurate procurement records, analyze cost data, and support process improvements for efficient sourcing and purchasing operations.
Requirements
- Strong procurement skills, including experience in managing Purchase Orders and core Procurement activities.
- Skills in Supplier Evaluation and performance monitoring to build and maintain a reliable vendor network.
- Contract Negotiation skills, with the ability to secure favorable terms, pricing, and service levels.
- Analytical Skills to assess costs, compare bids, and support data driven purchasing decisions.
- Relevant experience in architecture, interior design, construction, or related industries is beneficial.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in cross functional project teams.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency in procurement or ERP software are advantageous.
- A diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
