Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise daily civil construction activities for villas and residential buildings, ensuring structural works, blockwork, plastering, and finishing match approved shop drawings.
- Coordinate directly with consultants and inspectors to secure inspections and clearances.
- Prepare and track Material Submittals, Request for Information (RFIs), and method statements. Coordinate material supply pipelines to prevent site delays.
- Manage site subcontractors, structural layout settings, and the structural interface between civil main works and specialized trade installations.
- Monitor project schedules, identify potential timeline risks, and prepare clear progress updates for project management and client representatives.
Requirements
- Experience in civil site engineering, preferably in villa and residential building projects
- Knowledge of authority and code compliance procedures
- Ability to manage subcontractors and coordinate with consultants
