- Coordinate technical submittals, extrusion die reviews, and fabrication schedules with manufacturing facilities in China and local vendors
- Oversee on site facade installation, ensuring bracket alignment, embedment installations, thermal breaks, and waterproofing details
- Manage design interfaces, structural boundaries, and physical tolerances between building frame and facade panels
- Coordinate factory production audits and performance mock up testing (air infiltration, water penetration, wind load)
Requirements
- 5 to 10 years of experience in facade engineering
- Specialization in curtain wall systems
- Professional fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English
- Dubai Municipality (DM) approval experience
