- Manage the project life cycle including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closing with focus on cost and quality
- Organize materials and ensure sites are safe and clean
- Prepare cost estimates and ensure appropriate materials and tools are available
- Provide technical advice and suggestions for improvement on projects
- Monitor subcontracting and vendors to ensure the best contracts
- Authorize technical drawings and engineering plans
- Draw up work schedules and communicate adjustments to crew members and clients
- Complete quality assurance and provide feedback to the team

Key Responsibilities
- Managing the Project Life Cycle including Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring and closing with high concentration to Cost, and quality management.
- Organizing materials and ensuring sites are safe and clean.
- Preparing cost estimates and ensuring appropriate materials and tools are available.
- Providing technical advice and suggestions for improvement on particular projects.
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment as required.
- Monitoring subcontracting and vendors to ensure the best contracts.
- Authorizing technical drawings and engineering plans.
- Drawing up work schedules and communicating any adjustments to crew members and clients.
- Gathering data, compiling reports and delivering presentations to relevant stakeholders.
- Delegating tasks and scheduling meetings and training sessions where required.
- Completing quality assurance and providing feedback to the team.
