Job Summary
Manage on-site construction activities and help ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Experience and Preference
- The role requires 3–4 years of experience.
- A residential real estate project background is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction activities and ensure work follows drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, architects, structural engineers, and clients.
- Monitor progress, prepare daily and weekly reports, and assist with construction planning and scheduling.
- Manage materials, equipment, and manpower efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site protocols.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues.
- Maintain BOQ, DPR, billing, and other project documentation.
Work Location
- The role is performed in person.
Pay
- Compensation is ₹20,000–₹30,000 per month.
