Job Summary
Site Engineer responsible for managing construction activities on-site and helping projects finish on time and within budget.
The role requires three to four years of experience.
Residential real estate project experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction activities and ensure execution follows drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, vendors, architects, structural engineers, and clients.
- Monitor progress, prepare daily and weekly reports, and assist with construction planning and scheduling.
- Manage materials, equipment, and manpower efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site protocols.
- Conduct inspections, resolve technical issues, and maintain BOQ, DPR, billing, and related documentation.
Pay
- Pay is ₹20,000 to ₹30,000 per month.
Work Location
- Work is performed in person at the construction site.
Requirements
- Three to four years of relevant experience.
- Experience in residential real estate projects.
