Job Summary

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering.
• At least 8 years of experience in residential and commercial construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, quality standards, and site management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project documentation.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Residential project experience is preferred, along with experience managing multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise construction activities at project sites.
• Monitor progress, timelines, material consumption, and project costs.
• Review drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
• Ensure quality, safety, building regulation, and approval compliance.
• Conduct inspections, resolve technical issues, verify contractor bills, and prepare progress reports.

Required Skills

• Project planning and execution; site management and supervision; construction quality control.
• BOQ preparation and estimation; billing and quantity surveying; AutoCAD and drawing interpretation.
• Vendor and contractor management; material planning and inventory control; budgeting and cost management.
• Safety compliance and risk management; team leadership; problem-solving; MS Excel and project documentation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in residential construction projects.
• Knowledge of RCC, finishing, and structural works.
• Familiarity with local building bye-laws and approval processes.
• Experience handling multiple project sites simultaneously.

Compensation

• Pay is ₹25,000 to ₹50,000 per month.
• Salary is described as dependent on industry standards and experience.
