Senior Site Engineer

Role Overview

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering.
• At least 8 years of experience in residential and commercial construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, quality standards, and site management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project documentation.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise construction activities and monitor progress against timelines.
• Review drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
• Ensure quality standards, safety regulations, building regulations, and approvals are followed.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues.
• Monitor material consumption, project costs, contractor bills, and measurement sheets.
• Prepare project reports and progress updates for management.

Compensation

• The stated pay is ₹25,000 to ₹40,000 per month, depending on industry standards and experience.
