Role Overview
The Site Engineer (Civil) manages and supervises construction projects from site planning through technical execution and completion.
Project and Site Oversight
- Manage construction projects from start to finish, including site planning and technical execution.
- Provide technical guidance to subcontractors and construction personnel.
- Ensure work aligns with technical designs and drawings.
- Monitor progress against budget and schedule.
Safety and Quality
- Ensure site activities comply with safety regulations, building codes, and legislation.
- Oversee construction quality and verify that materials match project specifications.
- Address technical problems and adapt to setbacks to keep projects on track.
Coordination and Resources
- Liaise with clients, architects, contractors, and other professionals.
- Prepare site reports.
- Organize and oversee human and material resources on the construction site.
