Role Overview
Al Hikma Building Contracting is seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager to lead and manage construction projects across the UAE.
The position covers building construction project delivery from commencement through handover.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is required.
- At least 10 years of construction experience in the UAE is required.
- Experience with a main contractor in the UAE is mandatory.
- Candidates must have managed building construction projects from commencement to handover.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, construction methodologies, contract administration, cost control, and project execution is required.
- The role requires management of multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, consultants, and client representatives.
- Strong understanding of UAE construction regulations, authority requirements, and industry standards is required.
- Proficiency in project management and reporting tools is required.
- A UAE driving license is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project execution from mobilization through completion and handover.
- Deliver projects safely, on time, within budget, and according to contractual and quality requirements.
- Coordinate clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and relevant authorities.
