Job Description

Site Engineer – Civil

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and execute
• bridge concrete works
• , including formwork, reinforcement, and concrete placement.
• Coordinate and monitor
• aluminum cladding installation
• and
• interior finishing works
• as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Ensure proper setting out and execution of works in line with project requirements.
• Review drawings, method statements, and material submittals prior to execution.
• Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitor daily site progress and ensure adherence to project schedules.
• Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and project specifications.
• Coordinate with QA/QC and HSE teams to ensure all safety and quality procedures are followed.
• Identify and resolve site-related technical issues in coordination with the Project Engineer.
• Maintain daily reports, site records, and documentation.
• Assist in material planning, site logistics, and resource allocation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum
• 5 years of relevant experience
• in civil construction projects.
• Mandatory experience in:
• + Bridge concrete works
• + Aluminum cladding systems
• + Interior finishing works
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and site practices.
• UAE project experience is preferred.
• Experience with main contractors is an advantage.
• Valid UAE Driving License (preferred).
