Job Overview

Site and Supplier Coordination

• Coordinate supplier and contractor visits, delivery dates, delivery times, and site access requirements.
• Coordinate with landlords, malls, security, and site teams regarding supplier access and deliveries.
• Attend supplier deliveries and check equipment and materials against delivery information and project requirements.
• Photograph deliveries, site conditions, and completed works and report missing, damaged, or incorrect items.

Measurements and Project Support

• Assist suppliers, fabricators, and contractors with site measurements and record dimensions, locations, levels, and site conditions.
• Prepare basic site records and escalate discrepancies between drawings, measurements, and actual site conditions.
• Follow up with suppliers and contractors on outstanding actions and provide updates to the Project Supervisor.
• Assist with installation dates, sequencing, site inspections, snagging, punch-list activities, and project documentation.

Delivery and Logistics

• Maintain records of planned supplier deliveries for assigned projects.
• Confirm access, loading areas, delivery restrictions, and site contacts for deliveries.
• Coordinate delivery vehicles and supplier arrival times with the site team.
• Identify delivery conflicts and escalate site issues, delays, incorrect information, or supplier problems.

Communication and Records

• Maintain clear records of site visits, supplier meetings, measurements, and delivery activities.
• Communicate instructions accurately between the Project Supervisor, suppliers, contractors, and site personnel.
• Collect warranties, manuals, delivery notes, photographs, and other project information from suppliers.
• Do not independently approve changes, variations, technical solutions, or costs unless specifically authorized.

Qualifications and Skills

• A valid UAE driving licence is required, and a company vehicle will be provided for project and supplier-related travel.
• At least 2 years of experience in the UAE and a bachelor’s degree are required.
• Previous experience in construction, fit-out, hospitality, facilities, procurement, logistics, or a related field is advantageous.
• Candidates should be able to take accurate basic measurements and understand construction and fit-out environments.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills, smartphone use for photographs and WhatsApp, communication skills, and attention to detail are required.
• Candidates must be physically capable of regularly attending active construction sites.

Compensation

• Pay is AED 3,000 to AED 4,000 per month.

Workplace

• Work location is in person, with regular travel between multiple project sites and supplier locations in Dubai.
