The Key Objectives For This Role Are

Camp Operations Management

• Manage daily operations of the workers’ camp/site accommodation
• Coordinate room allocations, transfers, and demobilization
• Maintain accurate camp occupancy records and manpower reports
• Ensure camp capacity aligns with project mobilization plans

Facilities & Maintenance Coordination

• Coordinate with maintenance teams for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and civil repairs
• Monitor housekeeping, laundry, catering, and waste management services
• Conduct regular inspections of rooms, kitchens, dining areas, and common facilities
• Ensure uninterrupted utilities (water, power, internet, sewage systems).

Employee Welfare & Support

• Address and resolve employee accommodation complaints
• Ensure compliance with company accommodation standards
• Support welfare activities and maintain safe living conditions
• Enforce camp rules and discipline procedures.

Hse & Compliance

• Ensure camp operations comply with UAE labor law and municipality regulations
• Support HSE audits, fire drills, and emergency evacuation plans
• Maintain first aid kits, fire extinguishers, and emergency equipment
• Coordinate pest control and hygiene inspections

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain camp inventory (furniture, appliances, equipment)
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly occupancy and cost reports
• Track camp expenses and verify service provider invoices
• Maintain employee check-in/check-out documentation

Vendor & Contract Management

• Liaise with camp service providers and landlords
• Monitor service contracts (catering, cleaning, security, transport)
• Ensure SLA compliance and quality standards

Qualifications

Expected

• 4–7 years of experience in site-based administration, preferably within oil & gas, construction, or remote infrastructure projects
• Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage large-scale housing logistics
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Hospitality Management, Human Resources, or a related field
• Familiarity with camp management software, visitor management systems, and basic HSE protocols
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Excel) and reporting tools
• Strong attention to detail and creativity
• Good communication skills and the ability to liaise with contractors, service providers, and multi-cultural workforce
