About the Role
ALI BIN ALI is hiring a Shrink Wrap & Labelling Machine Operator for a beverage manufacturing facility. The operator will set up, operate, and maintain shrink wrapping and labeling equipment, ensuring quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for proper start up and shut down, as per laid Standard Operating Procedures for the Equipment
- Operate and maintain other Equipments as a part of Multi Tasking
- Ensure quality product and escalate deviations to production team leader
- Follow all safety requirements when performing work
- Ensure minimal unplanned stops
- Correctly fill out all documents related operating parameters and downtimes
- Accurately and efficiently perform steps necessary to conduct flavor/package changes and proper shut downs
- Perform best practices in quality checks on line and equipment
- Set up machinery and ensure all production materials are available
- Monitor line for defective materials and perform any other related work
- Clean and sanitize all equipment and facility as required
- Complete operation checks on equipment
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience handling Shrink Wrapping Machines & Labeling in a CSD & Beverage manufacturing company
- A diploma in business / supply chain / production/ manufacturing related would be preferred
- Good working knowledge of production (training and certification course) would be advantageous
- Language proficiency (English is a must, and additionally Hindi / Tamil / Malayalam / Arabic would be preferred)
