About the Role

Responsibilities
- Review job orders related to Manual Binding
- Handle all kind of manual binding including Hard box making, hard bound book making, hard cover making and Binding
- Operate Sewing machine and manual gluing machine
- Perform troubleshooting on minor machine issues in Sewing machine and manual gluing machine
- Coordinate with the in house maintenance team for any machine malfunctions
- Clean the printing press and peripherals
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in a Printing press as a Manual Binder
- Hands on experience on all kind of hard box making, hard bound booking making, hard cover making and binding
- Experience in operating Sewing machine and manual gluing machine
- Certificate of any program in Printing Technology
- Attention to details
- Creative mindset
- Technical knowledge on the printing machines & binding
- Ability to communicate
- Ability to work well with others
