Responsibilities
- Manage the data centre, physical and virtual servers (VMWare, Hyper V), storage systems, and cloud services
- Work closely with technical teams to proactively monitor IT services and ensure timely technical support to prevent service disruptions
- Monitor and direct actions to ensure all infrastructure requests and incidents are resolved within SLA targets
- Oversee routine maintenance, housekeeping, and hardware replacements in coordination with third party vendors
- Direct disaster recovery (DR) site operations and coordinate hardware maintenance with third party vendors
Requirements
- Minimum 10+ years of experience
- ITIL v4 certification
- MCSE (Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert)
- VCP (VMWare Certified Professional)
- Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert
- Experience with hybrid infrastructure management (VMWare, Hyper V)
- Expertise in Storage Area Networks (SAN) and backup/recovery solutions (Commvault, Azure Backup Vault)
- Experience directing disaster recovery site operations
