We are looking for an ambitious, competitive, and growth-minded Showroom Supervisor to lead our showroom sales team, drive sales performance, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising daily showroom operations, supporting the sales team, achieving sales targets, and ensuring that customers receive a smooth and professional buying experience.

• Supervise and manage the daily activities of the showroom sales team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Set daily and monthly sales targets for the sales team and closely monitor performance against KPIs.
• Lead, coach, and motivate Sales Officers to achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Monitor customer traffic, leads, follow-ups, conversions, and overall showroom sales performance.
• Ensure customers receive a professional, welcoming, and high-quality experience throughout the buying journey.
• Support the sales team in handling complex customer inquiries, negotiations, complaints, and escalations.
• Ensure that Sales Officers clearly explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, financing options, and the purchasing process to customers.
• Monitor and support vehicle inspections and test drives, ensuring that all showroom procedures and safety requirements are followed.
