Role Overview
The sales employee implements company sales goals under the direction of a supervisor or direct manager.
The role operates as part of the showroom sales team and supports customer vehicle purchases.
Responsibilities
- Guide potential customers through vehicle selection and the buying process.
- Explain vehicle features, specifications, and purchase steps.
- Answer customer questions and arrange vehicle inspections and test drives.
- Process documents between customers, the showroom, and the finance company.
- Negotiate vehicle prices, trade-in values, and supplier purchase prices.
- Coordinate sales completion with management and vehicle owners.
- Follow up with previous customers to address concerns and confirm satisfaction.
Requirements
- Professional appearance and excellent persuasive verbal communication skills.
- Time management skills and willingness to take initiative.
- Knowledge of the automotive industry and vehicle technical aspects.
- Knowledge of basic sales and negotiation practices.
- Three to five years of sales or customer service experience is preferred.
- Computer skills, Microsoft Office skills, and proficiency in English.
