Role Overview
- The Shopping Experience Representative oversees the Info desk, ensuring professional and friendly assistance.
- Focus on accurate financial transactions and efficient customer service at the Returns & Exchange desk.
- Creates a welcoming store environment and safeguards customer satisfaction.
What You Will Do
- Greet and welcome customers on arrival and ensure shopping tools and catalogues are available.
- Respond to customer needs and work efficiently to minimize queues.
- Handle routine customer complaints promptly and courteously.
- Greet customers at Smaland and explain admission policy.
- Make announcements or pages to customers as needed.
- Follow SOPs for cash handling and receive payment by various methods.
- Compute and record transactions with 100% accuracy.
- Count and record float before and after trading.
- Ensure Returns & Exchange desk is quick and easy.
- Handle returns and exchange issues using judgment and guidelines.
- Inform management about product faults or safety issues.
- Prepare reports of transactions for reconciliation and analysis.
