About the Role
Radisson Hotel Group is hiring a Shift Technician to perform maintenance and repair tasks in a hotel environment. The role requires 2-3 years of experience in maintenance or technical roles, ideally in hospitality, with hands-on knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and general repair.

Responsibilities
- Attend to guest complaints without delay
- Check and replace fused bulbs in guest room corridors and fire stairways
- Attend to annual maintenance of rooms
- Maintain a stock of fast spares for guest rooms in the workshop
- Implement all works connected with the Room care maintenance program including running repairs to air conditioning and plumbing
- Carry out repairs to carpets and wallpaper and lay new carpets as necessary
- Carry out painting works as necessary
- Understand and follow hotel's Fire drill, Staff Handbook, and regulations
- Observe and enforce Health, Safety & Hygiene regulations
- Ensure safe operation of all plants and equipment and safety of guests and staff
- Attend to daily assignment sheet and service requests
- Attend morning and evening briefings and monthly engineering meetings
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 3 years of experience in a maintenance or technical role, ideally in hospitality
- Hands on experience with hotel maintenance systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and general repair work
- Experience working in a fast paced environment and handling emergency maintenance tasks
- Strong technical knowledge in HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and general building maintenance
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair a variety of systems and equipment
- Knowledge of hotel safety standards and regulations
- Strong problem solving and organizational skills
- Ability to operate and repair a wide range of tools and machinery

Qualifications

- Hands on experience with hotel maintenance systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and general repair work.
- Experience working in a fast paced environment and handling emergency maintenance tasks efficiently.
- Strong technical knowledge in areas such as HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and general building maintenance.
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair a variety of systems and equipment quickly and effectively.
- Knowledge of hotel safety standards and regulations.
- Strong problem solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to operate and repair a wide range of tools and machinery.
