Role Overview
Support daily store operations and lead the team during assigned shifts.
Work hands-on in a fast-paced specialty coffee shop environment.
Focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support team members during assigned shifts.
- Ensure excellent customer service and high operational standards.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain cash control procedures.
- Assist with opening and closing duties.
- Support training, coaching, and motivation of team members.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and food safety standards.
Requirements
- Minimum one year of supervisory experience with cash-handling responsibilities in food service, hospitality, or retail.
- At least three years of coffee shop experience.
- University or institute graduate.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent time management, delegation, problem-solving, and judgment.
- Customer-focused, professional, reliable, and able to work under pressure.
- Flexible to perform physical tasks and maintain high standards.
