Lead high-volume kitchen operations while maintaining food quality, safety, and operational standards.
Experience and education
- 3–5 years of hospitality experience.
- Experience in a hotel, casual dining, or high-volume restaurant kitchen environment is preferred.
- Degree or diploma in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
- Valid food safety certification.
Kitchen operations
- Strong experience managing high-volume kitchen operations.
- Maintain food quality, safety, and operational standards.
- Lead, coach, and develop kitchen team members to support smooth daily operations.
Cost and inventory management
- Knowledge of food cost control.
- Experience with inventory management and waste reduction.
- Monitor kitchen expenses.
Food safety and hygiene
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations and health standards.
