Role Overview
A Line Cook is needed to prepare high-quality meals according to the menu and maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen.
The role supports a consistent dining experience through accurate preparation and timely order completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards.
- Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies.
- Keep food preparation areas clean and sanitized.
- Follow food handling, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Work efficiently during busy service periods while maintaining quality.
- Assist with inventory control and report shortages to management.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to complete orders accurately and on time.
- Maintain equipment and report issues promptly.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of cooking techniques, kitchen equipment, and food safety standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Teamwork and good communication skills.
