Support the Store Leadership Team on the sales floor when a manager is absent.
Supervise store staff, drive customer engagement and selling, represent the brand, and maintain store standards.

Essential duties
- Support sales generation through a constant sales-floor presence and by setting the pace and energy of the store.
- Hold store keys and open or close the store without management when necessary.
- Partner with Sales Associates to achieve sales goals and KPIs.
- Manage rest and meal breaks, provide coaching and feedback, and escalate performance concerns.
- Assist with merchandise presentation, signage, displays, store security, returns, exchanges, and promotional discounts.
- Maintain inventory procedures and ensure compliance with loss-prevention policies.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of retail key-holder experience is preferred.
- Weekend availability is required, including Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
- Must commit to two store closings per week, including one Friday or Saturday closing.
- Must safely lift 50 pounds and handle large boxes through loading and unloading tasks.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach overhead, perform repetitive motions, and climb ladders or step stools.
- Must use retail POS systems and inventory scanners and make change using American monetary units.
- Must complete the three-month Shift Supervisor training program.
Work environment
- The role is based in an adult-content retail environment with moderate-to-loud noise levels.
- The position requires regular store maintenance, including sweeping, vacuuming, trash removal, and cleaning.
- Employees must use caution with difficult customers and avoid confrontations.
