Overview

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Support Store Management with sales generation by maintaining a constant sales-floor presence and setting the pace and energy.
• Hold store keys and open or close the store without management when necessary.
• Partner with Sales Associates to prioritize customer service and achieve sales goals and KPIs.
• Manage rest and meal breaks and ensure all store zones are covered.
• Provide feedback, coaching, and redirection on customer engagement, selling, and sales-floor etiquette.
• Assist with merchandise presentations, signage, displays, and company standards.
• Escalate performance concerns to the Store Manager.
• Motivate associates, build brand loyalty, and create a positive environment for customers and employees.
• Assist with store security by checking bags and monitoring fitting rooms.
• Process returns and exchanges and authorize discounts and employee sales when a manager is absent.
• Follow loss-prevention policies and inventory-management procedures.
• Represent the company professionally and perform other assigned duties.

Qualifications

• At least one year of key-holder experience in a retail setting is preferred.
• Weekend availability is required for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
• Two store closings per week are required, including one Friday or Saturday closing.
• The role requires safely lifting 50 pounds, handling large boxes, and repeatedly loading and unloading merchandise.
• The role requires reaching overhead, bending, kneeling, standing or walking for extended periods, and repetitive motions.
• The role requires using ladders or step stools and performing routine store maintenance.
• Candidates must be at least 18 years old because the position is in an adult-content retail environment.
• Candidates must be able to use retail POS systems and inventory scanners and make change using American currency.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills are required.
• Candidates must complete the three-month Shift Supervisor training program.

Work Environment

• The work environment is an adult-content retail store with moderate to loud noise levels.
• The role requires caution when handling difficult customers and avoiding confrontations.
