Overview
SOSi is seeking a Shift Supervisor to oversee daily operations for data collection teams and analysts.
The role manages schedules, workflows, reporting, data quality, operational issues, and process improvements.
Essential Job Duties
- Maintain schedules to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Provide direct oversight for data collection team members and Team Leads.
- Coordinate with field verification teams.
- Draft and maintain administrative paperwork and reports.
- Double-check work products for accuracy and completeness.
Minimum Requirements
- The role requires 1 to 2 years of related job experience.
- Fluent English and Spanish are required.
- Basic data entry skills and strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
- The role requires independent and team-based working ability and successful completion of an SSBI government background investigation.
Work Environment
- Work is on-site at one of multiple SOSi locations.
- The role operates in a 24/7/365 environment and requires shift work.
- Non-traditional hours, consecutive nights, weekends, and any assigned shift may be required.
- The role requires working efficiently under deadlines and pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Eligibility Statements
