Role Overview
SOSi is seeking a Full Stack Developer to support web applications and expanding cloud infrastructure.
The role designs, develops, tests, and deploys scalable web applications for sponsor customers.
The position is contingent upon contract award.
Essential Job Duties
- Develop cloud architecture and maintain, upgrade, and troubleshoot sponsor web applications.
- Implement custom cloud functionality and data tools using development languages such as Python, Java, and JavaScript.
- Improve web delivery performance, visual quality, and interactive behavior.
- Ingest data from government agency counterparts and maintain customized code, scripts, modules, and libraries.
- Test software solutions and maintain ETL processes that normalize and store data from multiple sources.
- Add and monitor data sources, troubleshoot issues, and deploy web tools to sponsor cloud architecture.
- Create metadata, commented code, manuals, security plans, program artifacts, and project deliverables.
- Support sponsor strategic and tactical planning activities.
Required Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
- Professional experience with programming languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, and C++.
- Experience with major cloud providers, cloud-based development and deployment, database systems such as Oracle, Git, and web frameworks such as Flask and Django.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with sponsor enterprise services, security controls, and data management practices.
- Familiarity with outward-facing cloud environments and applications.
- Experience with APIs and data management tools and structures.
Working Conditions
- Working conditions are normal for an office environment.
