Responsibilities
- Set up and run Komori, Heidelberg XL, and Mitsubishi sheetfed presses with precision
- Configure feeder systems, plate alignment, and job parameters according to production specs
- Monitor ink density, registration, and paper feed accuracy across the entire batch
- Adjust machine settings proactively to prevent color shifts, misalignment, or print defects
- Perform scheduled maintenance including roller cleaning, blanket replacement, lubrication, and inspection
- Document all maintenance activities and escalate abnormalities
- Maintain optimal ink water balance to prevent scumming, toning, or emulsification
- Fine tune dampening systems and ink flow for sharp, clean prints
Requirements
- Experience operating Komori, Heidelberg XL, and Mitsubishi sheetfed presses
- Strong knowledge in UV printing and flood coating
- Ability to configure feeder systems, plate alignment, and job parameters
- Ability to monitor ink density, registration, and paper feed accuracy

Maintain Print Consistency Throughout the Run
- Monitor ink density, registration, and paper feed accuracy across the entire batch. Adjust machine settings proactively to prevent color shifts, misalignment, or print defects. Ensure uniformity from first sheet to last.
Perform Scheduled Maintenance as per Guidelines
- Carry out periodic maintenance tasks including roller cleaning, blanket replacement, lubrication, and inspection of mechanical components. Document all maintenance activities and escalate any abnormalities to the technical team.
Control Ink Water Balance During Production
- Maintain optimal ink water balance throughout the print run to prevent issues like scumming, toning, or emulsification. Fine tune dampening systems and ink flow to ensure sharp, clean prints with consistent color fidelity
