The position combines development, administration, and business process automation across a large organization.
The role is responsible for SharePoint Online and Power Platform solutions, governance, security, and performance across Microsoft 365.
SharePoint Online Development
- Design and develop SharePoint Online Team Sites and Communication Sites.
- Customize SharePoint solutions using SPFx, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Create and manage SharePoint lists, libraries, content types, and metadata.
- Build custom web parts and extensions and integrate SharePoint Online with Microsoft 365 services.
Power Apps Development
- Develop and maintain Canvas and Model-Driven applications.
- Design intuitive, responsive application interfaces.
- Connect applications to SharePoint, Dataverse, and external data sources.
- Implement business logic using Power Fx and optimize performance, usability, and adoption.
Power Automate and Administration
- Design automated workflows for approvals, notifications, and data synchronization.
- Integrate solutions with SharePoint, Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and third-party platforms.
- Manage permissions, governance, access controls, storage, licensing, usage, and platform performance.
- Troubleshoot platform environments and deliver ongoing enhancements, maintenance, and continuous improvements.
Qualifications
- 6-8 years of experience working with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 technologies.
- Strong hands-on experience with SharePoint Online development and administration.
- Proven expertise with Power Apps, Power Automate, and SPFx development.
- Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Understanding of REST APIs and Microsoft Graph API integrations.
- Familiarity with Dataverse and Microsoft 365 administration.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience delivering scalable business solutions in enterprise environments.
