Senior Servicenow Solution Architect
12-Month Contract \| Abu Dhabi \| Onsite
We’ve partnered with a large enterprise organisation in the UAE looking for a highly experienced Senior ServiceNow Solution Architect to lead enterprise-scale platform architecture across multiple ServiceNow domains.
This is a senior leadership role focused on platform strategy, governance, architecture, and large-scale transformation delivery within a complex enterprise environment.
Key Requirements
- 15+ years overall IT experience
- 7–10+ years hands-on ServiceNow architecture experience
- Strong enterprise architecture and governance background
- Deep experience across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SecOps, HRSD, App Engine, CMDB/CSDM
- Experience leading multi-domain ServiceNow programmes at enterprise scale
- Strong integration architecture experience across SAP, HR, Finance, Security platforms
- Experience within SAFe delivery environments
- Oil & Gas industry experience is mandatory
- UAE/GCC experience is mandatory
- ServiceNow CTA highly desirable
You’ll Be Doing
- Owning end-to-end ServiceNow platform architecture
- Leading architecture governance and design authority forums
- Driving enterprise-wide platform strategy and roadmap
- Designing scalable multi-module ServiceNow solutions
- Defining integration and API architecture across enterprise systems
- Supporting AI/automation initiatives within the platform
- Partnering closely with senior business and technology stakeholders
