Key Responsibilities:
- Lead large-scale ServiceNow implementation and delivery programs
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and risk
- Drive stakeholder governance and communication across business and IT teams
- Conduct and manage steering committee meetings and reporting
- Ensure successful end-to-end ServiceNow project delivery
Preferred Skills / Certifications:
- Strong experience in ServiceNow program delivery
- Project management certifications such as PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile (preferred)
- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills
- Experience handling enterprise-level ServiceNow programs
