Role Overview
The ServiceNow Platform Engineer will join the Solution Centre of Excellence team.
The role supports the ServiceNow instance and acts as a trusted advisor to stakeholders.
The position requires proactive and experienced ServiceNow platform support expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve ServiceNow issues to minimize disruption and keep systems operational.
- Escalate unresolved or complex incidents to L3 support when code or configuration changes are needed.
- Perform routine maintenance to prevent system issues.
- Maintain records of technical issues, solutions, and system updates.
- Support configuration and minor development changes.
- Assist users with technology adoption and provide training on new systems and software.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience with ServiceNow CSM and ITSM is required.
- Strong understanding of customer service workflows and ServiceNow capabilities is required.
