FP&A Director - Softeon

Lead the Group’s budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.

Build and maintain robust financial models to evaluate business performance, scenario planning, and investment decisions.

Deliver clear insights on revenue growth, profitability, cash flow, and other key metrics.

Partner with business unit leaders to align financial plans with operational strategy.

Act as a trusted advisor to the CFO and senior leadership team.

Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic initiatives, and capital allocation decisions.

Support board and investor reporting with high-quality analysis and presentations.

Translate financial data into actionable recommendations for commercial teams.

Drive the implementation and optimization of world-class FP&A tools and reporting systems.

Improve financial reporting processes to increase speed, accuracy, and scalability.

Champion the use of automation and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) for enhanced decision-making.

Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing FP&A function.

Foster a culture of accountability, excellence, and collaboration across finance.
