Job Overview
The Service Worker joins a mobile housekeeping unit serving residence areas and housing units.
The role works under direction and supervision from housekeeping leadership and may oversee unskilled workers.
Compensation
- Compensation is CAD $4,138 to $4,357 per month.
Schedule
- The position requires availability from 4:30 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. for the PM shift.
- The role may include weekend, evening, night, or other assigned shifts and days of the week.
Cleaning and Service Duties
- Clean residence accommodations, suites, washrooms, kitchens, meeting rooms, corridors, common areas, laundry rooms, and other designated spaces.
- Perform sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, polishing, disinfecting, scrubbing, floor refinishing, carpet shampooing, and window cleaning.
- Replenish supplies, move furniture, make beds, change linens, collect laundry, remove waste, clean drains and vents, and replace signs.
- Clean sidewalks and related areas, including snow removal when required.
