Responsibilities
- Ensure team members adhere to all Xylem Safety training and protocols and have necessary PPE
- Hire, develop, support, supervise and coach multiple direct reports
- Execute established training program for all shop service personnel
- Ensure staff adhere to policies, procedures, and regulations (e.g., DOT)
- Understand contract and scope of project; work with project sales and operations team to ensure positive delivery
- Schedule and manage field staff in executing scope for projects
- Keep internal stakeholders informed of shop repair activities, risks, and mitigation strategies
- Ensure effective quality assurance and quality control on all aspects of service repairs
- Analyze data, identify discrepancies, and develop and implement corrective actions
- Support and help drive all corporate initiatives
Requirements
- GED or High School Diploma; Bachelor’s/technical degree preferred
- 2 3 years’ experience in supervisory role
- 3 5 years of submersible pump experience required
- Efficient in Microsoft Office, standard asset systems/software
- Waste Water System experience and pump experience is a plus

Qualifications
- GED or High School Diploma. Bachelor’s/technical degree preferred.

- 3 5 years of submersible pump experience required.

- Waste Water System experience and pump experience is a plus.
Day In The Life
- Working environment is based in a shop with potential for outdoor field support, weather extremities, use of PPE, exposures to high heat.
- Physical demands may include regularly sitting, standing, lifting up to 50 lbs.
- May require 15 20% of time in the field.
