Responsibilities
- Ensure that campus facilities, offices, and corridors are maintained in a clean and orderly condition at all times
- Empty waste bins, recyclables, and other waste materials in accordance with the maintenance schedule
- Dust and clean light fixtures, ceilings, and other high areas using appropriate equipment and safety procedures
- Clean and polish office furniture and equipment
- Assist with moving furniture and equipment for periodic cleaning, events, and office relocations
- Monitor cleaning supplies and equipment and report shortages, malfunctions, or maintenance concerns
- Ensure pantries are adequately stocked and maintained
- Arrange refreshments and related supplies for University events and activities
- Report building maintenance issues observed during daily duties
- Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned by supervisors

Overview
- American University in the Emirates (AUE) is seeking a dedicated and reliable Service Personnel to support departmental operations by providing general service assistance, attending to visitors and staff, and performing a variety of housekeeping and clerical support duties.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: AED 2,500 per month
- Additional benefits as per University policy
