Job Overview

  • The American University in the Emirates (AUE) is seeking a motivated and creative Junior Digital Marketing Executive to support the University's digital marketing initiatives.
  • The successful candidate will assist in executing digital campaigns, managing social media and paid advertising activities, monitoring campaign performance, and contributing to the University's online presence, student engagement, and lead generation efforts.
  • This role is ideal for an individual looking to grow their career in digital marketing while gaining hands on experience across multiple digital platforms.

Salary Range

  • AED 4,000 5,000 per month (subject to experience) + additional benefits

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, or a related field.
  • 0 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing (internships are a plus).
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and online advertising.
  • Familiarity with Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads Manager is an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO principles and Google Analytics is preferred.
  • Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across various online platforms.
  • Support lead generation and student recruitment campaigns.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to develop digital marketing content.
  • Assist in managing campaigns on Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and other digital platforms.
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic performance reports.
  • Support audience targeting and campaign optimization activities.
  • Assist in creating and scheduling content for social media channels.
  • Monitor engagement and respond to basic inquiries when required.
  • Coordinate with the design team to develop digital creatives.
  • Support website content updates and landing page optimization.
  • Assist in tracking campaign performance using Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager.
  • Prepare basic reports on website traffic and campaign results.
