Responsibilities
- Promote excellent customer relations at the worksite
- Perform equipment rig up and rig down at worksite and prepare equipment for job performance
- Ensure customer satisfaction with work performed
- Responsible for safe operation of low pressure/high pressure pumps, air compressors, chemical metering, filtration, and ancillary equipment
- Perform necessary calculations at the worksite as needed
- Perform data collection, recording, and data distribution on jobs as needed
- Coordinate and participate in clean up, repair, and preparation of equipment for next job
- Utilize competency processes to enhance skills development and job performance
- Promote safety awareness and environmental consciousness
- Take active part in quality improvement processes (QIP)
Requirements
- 6 months to 2 years of PSL experience
- Completion of HES career development requirements as Operator Assistant II
- Valid license to drive motor vehicles
- Knowledge of HMS and HSE standards and guidelines for PSL personnel

Job Duties
- Under direct supervision, promotes excellent customer relations at the worksite.
- Performs equipment rig up and rig down on at worksite and prepares equipment for performance of job.
- Ensures customer satisfaction with work performed.
- Responsible for safe operation of low pressure/high pressure pumps, air compressors, chemical metering, filtration, and ancillary equipment during the delivery of services in accordance with job design and KPIs.
- Performs necessary calculations at the worksite as needed.
- Performs data collection, recording, and data distribution on jobs as needed.
- Coordinates and participates in the clean up, repair, and preparation of equipment for the next job.
- Utilizes competency processes to enhance skills development and job performance.
- Promotes safety awareness and environmental consciousness.
- Promotes and takes an active part in quality improvement processes (QIP).
Qualifications
- Skills are typically acquired through completion of HES career development requirements as Operator Assistant II.
- Skills are typically acquired by (6mos.) 2 years PSL experience.
- Must possess good skills within the service line and have a general understanding of other service functions.
- Must be knowledgeable of HMS and HSE standards, and guidelines for PSL personnel.
- Valid license to drive motor vehicles is required.
