Job Description
The Home Appliance Service Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of the service department.
This role includes ensuring excellent customer service, maximizing job conversion rates, managing revenue targets, and maintaining the department’s profitability through effective team management and process optimization.
1. Department Operations
Manage the day-to-day operations of the home appliance service department.
Develop and implement workflows for quick and effective service delivery.
Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
2. Customer Service & Job Conversion
Monitor and improve job conversion rates (e.g., inquiries to service orders).
Maintain excellent customer relationships by resolving service-related issues promptly.
Conduct follow-ups with clients post-service to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
3. Revenue & Profitability Management
Set and monitor revenue and profit targets for the department.
Identify opportunities for upselling services, accessories, and extended warranties.
Track expenses to ensure profitability goals are met.
4. Team Leadership
Lead, train, and motivate service technicians and support staff.
Manage schedules and assignments to optimize productivity.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide guidance for improvement.
5. Inventory & Equipment Management
Ensure the availability of tools, spare parts, and other service-related resources.
Maintain inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement.
6. Reporting & Analytics
Analyze service data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Prepare regular performance and revenue reports for senior management.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in service department management, preferably in the home appliance industry.
Strong understanding of service operations, customer relations, and revenue management.
Proficiency in using CRM tools and reporting software.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Work Schedule
Monday to Saturday

Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
