About the Role
A confidential company seeks a Service Engineer for Healthcare IT Solutions to handle OEM technical requirements, infrastructure, server build, application implementation, and after-sales support.

Responsibilities
- Maintenance planning and preventive maintenance of Installed base HIT Solutions and products – includes HW/SW corrective actions & troubleshooting
- Ownership to assigned HIT system, tasks, installation pre requisites and OEM requirements aligned with the BU and Sales and Execution team
- Completes on time product installation scope by supporting the Sales Execution timeline includes site inspections, installation, milestone, programming, testing and commissioning
- Align with hospital IT for back end server and database requirements, application, calibration and fine tune, equipment/device interfacing, system configuration, workflow configuration, staging, technical training and go live of new or range of supported products
- Respond to a coordinated TSU team base technical services and support calls
- Document in C4C service tickets and timely responses (internal/customer) in addressing customer issues/resolution/inquiry
- Contribute to new Healthcare IT solutions implementation and act as enabler to SLA/Features requirements
- Adds value to customer service delivery in all HIT Installed base managed systems and proactive in system uptime
- Maintain system uptime of installed base HIT systems; act as Level 2 Support line by maintaining quality of service engagements of CM, PPM and System Health Check activities to assigned product line
- Prepare and forecast spare parts list for purchase and stocks – per customer site
- Performs on site/remote system monitoring and proactive fixes, updates/upgrades and system migrations
- Facilitate in technical and/or SW application end user trainings
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Health Informatics, AI and Biomedical Engineering
- 3 5 years’ experience in Healthcare IT Solutions implementation
- IT Skillset in Network and VLANs, Servers, Databases, Installation, Application, Programming and Configuration, Integration, HL7, DICOM, ASTM, etc.
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- Effective communications and commercial awareness
- Understanding of the Service life cycle from system requirements to service delivery
- Awareness of Biomedical Equipment Safety standards and Patient Safety
- Valid UAE driving license

Job Overview
- The Service Engineer – HIT will be responsible to Healthcare IT Solutions OEM technical requirements, infrastructure, server build, application implementation, components installation, SW feature licensing/upselling, connectivity, testing and commissioning.
- Workflow alignment as per customer expectation for a range of supported product lines (Surgical Workplace and OR Integration, Infection Control Instrument Tracking System, Simulation based Solutions, Hospital Communication System, Nurse Call System, Oral Health, Critical Care, PTS and Laboratory sys
- Promote, supports lead, costing and reviewing Service Level Agreement (SLA) terms and conditions.
Key Responsibilities

Qualification & Experience
