About the Role

Responsibilities
- Manage end to end design, planning, execution, and delivery of projects
- Coordinate effectively with internal departments and external vendors/service providers
- Identify, evaluate, and mitigate project risks
- Develop comprehensive project plans including schedules, communication plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies
- Lead the complete project management lifecycle from initiation to closure
- Monitor project progress and performance to ensure deliverables meet timelines, budget, scope, and quality standards
- Collaborate with customers, stakeholders, vendors, and cross functional teams to resolve challenges
- Prepare and present detailed project status reports and executive summaries to senior management
- Ensure full compliance with SLAs, governance standards, and deadline management
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery processes and client experience
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, Project Management, or related field
- 8 years of experience in project delivery, stakeholder management, and service operations within large scale organizations
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid approaches
- Excellent communication, leadership, problem solving, and organizational skills
- Experience working within government or semi government sectors in Qatar is preferred

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end to end design, planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring high quality solutions aligned with customer and organizational requirements.
- Coordinate effectively with internal departments and external vendors/service providers to ensure smooth communication, operational efficiency, and timely project completion.
- Identify, evaluate, and mitigate project risks by implementing appropriate corrective and preventive action plans.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including project schedules, communication plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
- Lead the complete project management lifecycle from project initiation and kickoff through planning, execution, monitoring, closure, and final handover.
- Monitor project progress and performance to ensure deliverables are completed within agreed timelines, budget, scope, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with customers, stakeholders, vendors, and cross functional teams to resolve technical, operational, and design related challenges efficiently.
- Prepare and present detailed project status reports, performance metrics, and executive summaries to senior management and key stakeholders.
- Ensure full compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), governance standards, and deadline management while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service excellence.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery processes, operational performance, and client experience.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proven of 8 Years of experience in project delivery, stakeholder management, and service operations within large scale organizations.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid approaches.

- Experience working within government or semi government sectors in Qatar is preferred.
