About the Job

  • Cloud Platform team helps customers transform and evolve their business through Google's global network, web scale data centers, and software infrastructure.
  • The Program Manager is responsible for managing the day to day operations of the Google Cloud’s Enterprise and Corp’s business.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Supporting to create and deliver enablement sessions to the sales teams.
  • Support with data enrichment in Salesforce.com (CRM database).
  • Building performance and productivity reports and dashboards on SFDC.
  • Responsible for cascading communication across the sales teams.
  • Formulate, organize and monitor inter connected projects.
  • Support with development and lead outbound campaigns from idea generation.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, sales, and partners to ensure that the Google Cloud’s Sales Enterprise and Corp program is successful.
  • Weekly sync with Operations to track performance.
  • Handling change management and stakeholder management.
  • Operational excellence and workflow improvement.
  • Effective resolution based approach.
  • Work on AI based enterprise sales outreach programs

Job Requirements

  • BA/BS technical degree
  • Previous project management experience.
  • Ability to speak and write English fluently and idiomatically with strong communication skills
  • Solid understanding of IaaS, PaaS, SaaS industry, Cloud computing concepts and competitive landscape in the Cloud Service Providers world.
  • Desire and willingness to try new concepts and fail fast
  • Thrive in a fast paced, high growth, rapidly changing environment
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and ability to create SFDC reporting
  • Analytical mindset and go getter attitude; self motivated to achieve personal goals and goals set for the team
  • Organized and has pipeline management, time management skills and prioritization skills

Schedule

  • Fixed schedule from Monday to Friday, 9 hrs. shift from 9 AM to 6 PM

Location

  • Candidates are advised to be within travel distance from our primary location Yonge & Eglinton.
  • Hybrid setup, working from client office (based in Toronto) and employer location (based in Toronto)

Annual Base Salary

  • Annual Base Salary of CAD 75,000
